I have found that the stores mainly have some generic name like "The Big Store" or "Fast Food", while the object details will have an actual store name.
I feel that Maxis could have spent a bit of time think of some more detailed or "entertaining" names for these generic stores. While I do understand they might not be able to create a shop design for every single shop name they thought of, but "Cheap Business" is just not trying.
